Colva Beach is often referred to as the queen of all beaches in India. On either sides of the Colva village one can notice the isolation and deserted atmosphere.

The other main beaches at Aguada and Bagmalo are mainly for the expensive five-star resorts. It's the fine silver-gray sand that has been the encouragement for many folk tales and songs to be made.

Dona Paula Beach is a peaceful spot. One can relish the fine view of the Zuari estuary and Mormugao Harbor. Dona Paula beach resort is a boater's delight, with speedboats for hire. Water Scooter facilities are available in this beach.

Miramar Beach is a beautiful golden beach of supple sand traced with palm trees facing the blue Arabian Sea.

Benavali Beach is a small and relaxed resort a few miles South. It has a number of budget hotels, excellent seafood restaurants and a green village inland.

Betul Beach is the calm and remote fishing village of Betul where tourist population is usually unheard of.

Farther south one can explore even more magnificent, pristine beaches.
